Great program burns. What do you do for auxiliaries? Like chest and then incline? Do you still do 1rm on dbs or no?

cool stuff hey let me ask u something hyow long would one need to rest in between sets? and how would one make a workout routine with a program like this? like would it be full body or what?

This is for bench, squat and deadlift only.

The rest is done normally. You can do 5x5 for other things or whatever else you were doing. Just like you would do any program.

Rest is 75-90 secs between singles.

ok cool stuff man i'm about to start a new program but im gonna save this thread and try this out down the road for sure.
