how does he do it? with such a small body and move such big weights? he does 245lbs bench for reps.... i've seem him do it before... with great form...

Think of Bruce Lee. It's thanks to conditioned muscle. If you lift weights you will become stronger, even if you don't eat enough to progress in weight gain.

some bodies are just more geared for it... kind of like a 6 foot person will play volleyball better than a 5'5'' person, kind of the same only internally

and more dense muscle possibly as well

This is a statement your mom told you as a child. Just like they told you santa is real.
Let me break it down for you.
No it does not, It comes from the outside but you need a semi strong inside to maintain the outside.
And santa is not real.

Dense muscle is real, as are different types of muscle fibers.

The human body is designed to adapt to any challenges it encounters.

Also, post a shirtless picture.

idk about the dense muscle, but i think it may be what was stated earlier..it is most likely his neurological adaptations...if he can do stuff better at a smaller size, then he is most likely just able to utilize his muscles to a greater extent (maybe more synchronized firing, more motor unit recruitment, etc)

Lol @ people questioning or denying the existence of different muscle fibers.

Neurological connection has a great influence as well, you are correct in that application.

i am not questioning or denying the existence of different fiber types...i know all to well of that and actually know that fiber types can take on the characters of other fiber types with different stimuli

i just don't know the extent of "dense" fibers as i have never heard or seen that characterized in any scientific literature
