The bad side effects are mostly fabricated by unfounded FDA studies. Take it make sure u take 5 - 10 grams a day. That's it. It's not bad for your liver as Long as you drink water and it's not going to give you cancer. Also it contains less heavy metals then most of the veggies you eat (or should be eating) in a day so don't worry about that either. Make sure you get powder form of creatine mono. Good luck.

You do realize that creatine is found NATURALLY in red meat right? We also NATURALLY produce creatine ourselves.

Define anabolic steroid fool. The hormone found naturally in the body which is similar to steroids is: testosterone.
Please state how many types of anabolic steroids there are; Oral/injection, let alone how many different types of test you can inject.
