Well for 1 to add mass your training has to be proportionate...you can't bust your ass on your upper body while lacking on legs...legs are just as important as your upper body if not more...

5/3/1 routine. All you need if your serious, don't listen to these kids on here just look that up and do it.

in 6 months I went from a -10 differential on my bench to a +55
my lower body gains are even better than that.

If you stick to it you'll see the results you just have to be patient.

Basically these are a rough draft of my stats since I still havn't had the time to get an exact number.

Height: 6'3/6'4 (I believe I'm about 6'3 and a half but no idea really)
Weight: 230
Age: 19

Wanting to lose the stomache and tone the abs/chest/arms (not worried about my legs since I like to run, I do work my legs sometimes but I never see real improvment)

I'm not trying to be super buff but I keep seeing flaws in my workout so I figured I would work what I have now. But I think I'll be to big and look awkward. I figure I could drop 215 then workout? Any ideas? Should I change my workout to cardio and smaller lifting or go hard with the lifting and no cardio. I heard cardio + working out = null so I'm not sure.

Also: I'm new to fishoils/every day vitamins.. names/MG intake would be nice on some. I would like an answer before sleep since I plan on going tomorrow.

Last time I didn't go to the gym, I did 5 laps at the park and 60 situps every day. I never missed a day and I seen really good results within 1 month...

cardio everyday won't hurt unless you are trying to gain muscle. But if you workout everyday and lift everyday...then you are doing it wrong. If you wanna lose weight...i dont see a reason why cardio everyday is a bad thing.

You can absolutely do cardio and lift while putting on muscle, I run a little over a mile 5 days out of the week, and I lift 4 days out of the week and I still put on muscle pretty easily.

Even some professional lifters do cardio to help increase their endurance.
