Since you both directed comments at my diet, I'm going to admit that I don't eat healthy at all. I eat fast food/ drink sodas when I'm not working out ofc.
I eat a lot, but not healthy as I know I should.
Example of normal day:
Breakfast: 2x Sausage Kolaches w/ a glass of milk
Lunch:
2x Double Cheeseburgers, Fries, Coke
Supper (Normally more healthy because I eat at home after I work out and wifey cooks good
)
Pork Chops
Mac N Cheese
Ranch Style Beans
Ice Tea
