Currently I'm not taking any supplements or vitamins. Also, is there any alternative that I can drink becides water, because I really don't like water. I know its weird but I never have. Gatordade or Poweraid or anything? I can stomach water if it's what I need.

Haha i used to hate water aswell what i did was use those Crystal Light arificial flavoring packets but later on i just ended up hating water for 1 week then i got used to the taste now it is all i drink.

But Gatorade and Powerade got some sugar in them to much for me with the amount of water i'm drinking.

Can someone help me out with a Diet plan? What should I eat? (Please be kinda specific, because just saying "155 grams of protine and carbohydrates and this and that" doesn't really tell me foods because I don't wanna be in Wal-Mart reading the lables of every food :P Thanks very much for your time.

Yeah go to the Advice thread that guy has probably trained some people in the same situation as you but how about telling us about you're workout routine at the gym?

Posting this pic I just took as a landmark, and I wanna set a goal to weigh 165 by June 7 (My Birthday)

Pork Chops
Mac N Cheese
Ranch Style Beans
Ice Tea

Thats a typical day...

You have to be careful how you gain that weight, don't forget to take care of your heart.
