how long before you can workout?

i can workout now, just not a very good one ever because i have to wait for the teacher to take attendance, go get changed, forced to do our "warm up" which is 4 laps around the gym, 20 pushups and 24 crunches, then we have to listen to him talk about the same shit he does every day, get like 10-30 minutes to lift and then change again
