um. i work and college full time so i do 3 lifting day a week.... i just started doing a 4th with just decline bench, norm bench, lat rows and barbell curl all freeweights (heavy on 2 benches others are just a light day for lat and barbell)
i do
monday: leg + tris
wed: abs chest and bi's
fri: shoulder back and lat and traps
and only 1 sprinting lap each day .2 of a mile sprint.... i bulked and then cut big time with no cardio... just diet and 3 times lifting a week
