Good weight Chris, be careful with that movement, it puts your biceps in a compromised position, that's how Dorian tore his Bicep.

Yeah my biceps are sore as hell right now and they usually never get too sore. :/
I think it was the supersetting of CG pulldowns /w wide grip pulldowns. >.<
