Today was my core training.
Did my entire heavy core workout and then 35 minutes of tabata bike sprints.
Came back to the gym 5 hours later.
Did 35 minutes HIIT on the elliptical.
Did my entire core workout for a second time, but at 40-60% volume load.
Did 35 minutes of tabata bike springs.
Food log for the day:
Breakfast-
1 Banana
1 Large Beefsteak Tomato
3 Whole Eggs
3 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
(Scrambled)
Post Workout 1-
1 Scoop ON Whey
1 Banana
1.5 Cups Blueberries
Meal 3-
3 Tbsp Power Butter
1 Large Granny Smith Apple
Post Workout 2-
.75 Lb Grilled Chicken
1 Large Peach
Going to have a plum, some almonds, and prolly a scoop of whey in a shake before the day is out.
Is this an every day diet, or just today?
I still don't think you're eatting enough for someone of your size.
