Serious question:
Should I take my protein shake with water or with milk ?
And should I mix the banana with the shake or take it with the shake?

if it's whey protein you should be taking it with water as it's meant to be absorbed faster.
taking it with milk would slow the digestion and negate the quick absorption that you're looking for.

as for the banana, either or is fine.

Going to have a plum, some almonds, and prolly a scoop of whey in a shake before the day is out.


Is this an every day diet, or just today?
