bro, you arent close to advanced enough to be doing boxas workouts

no offense but I would be surprised if you werent completely fatigued after your first exercise(I mean the full sets).
Stick with what your trainer is teaching you, you are going to have to work your way up to this kind of training for a long time.

i'll try the program , if i fail and faint after the 1st set i will know im no where near as strong as i wanted to be..

if it fails , i'll jus stick to what my trainer draws out for me , but i must attempt something like this , if i don't i'll always wonder how it would feel if i didnt even give it a shot.

Imo ask your trainer about it before you do it

This, because if you MAKE your trainer follow the split you bring him he'll shoot you in the face. If you're not going to listen to your trainer and/or make him follow w/e you have in mind then you're really wasting time :/

there is no point in trying, all you are going to do is hurt yourself or overwork your muscles and waste a day of training. I doubt more then a very small group of people on the h and f forums could get through his workout correctly, and I am talking like SKC, whitespade, darkloop, burns, snuffle, not just above average people.

yeah i will show my trainer ofc.. in the end its all about muscle stimulation right?
