no offense but I would be surprised if you werent completely fatigued after your first exercise(I mean the full sets).
Stick with what your trainer is teaching you, you are going to have to work your way up to this kind of training for a long time.
i'll try the program , if i fail and faint after the 1st set i will know im no where near as strong as i wanted to be..
if it fails , i'll jus stick to what my trainer draws out for me , but i must attempt something like this , if i don't i'll always wonder how it would feel if i didnt even give it a shot.
