Strap on some boxing gloves, line up 5 of your friends, and beat the shit out of them 1 by 1. When the first one goes down/bleeds/or gets KO'd, the next friend is up. Should help on your stand up.
I've decided im just going to take some kickboxing and grapling matches b4 i fight mma. That way if i lose, it won't go on my record, and its good practice.
