Make smores during winter.

materials:

Sandwich grill


Inridients:
  • marshmallows
  • choclate bar
  • cookies

roast the marshmallows in the sandwich grill,but a piece of choclate on a cookie,add melted marshmallow and another cookiie on top and
you're good to go.

i would go with extra dark chocolate..maybe some sort of whole wheat cracker.

Tuna Sandwich

Materials:
Tuna
Celery
Mustard
Mayo
Tuna
Toast
Hot Sauce (If you want it spicy)

Instructions:
Open up a can of tuna and cut it mix it up with a spoon till it gets seperated
cut some celery up into small peaces and throw in with tuna
add a little bit of mayo to make it stick together
put some mustard in there for a good taste
mix it all up real good then add salt+Pepper
Toast ur toast till it gets nice and crispy
put the tuna on the toast and poor some hot sauce on it

Tuna toasty

What you will need.
tuna
bread
worcester sauce
cheddar chesse
mayonnaise

Instructions:
spread about 2 table spoons of mayonnaise on the bread
spread out the tuna evenly over the bread
put thin slices of cheddar cheese on top of the bread
put a few drops of worcester sauce on top and grill in the oven until the cheese has melted

not amazing for you but it's really tasty and has some protein and calcium ;p

Nutty nanner cakes that make me gz myself

Ingredients:

- Crazy Richard's Natural Peanut Butter
- Ripe tender sex banana
- Whole wheat rice cakes, I use buckwheat ones
- BCAA/Leucine Powder (optional)

Directions:
Spread a serving of peanut butter over one rice cake.
Sprinkle amino powder of choice evenly over the peanut butter.
Thinly slice a banana and blanket powdery peanut butter with banana.
Remember to clean up after you're done gz'ing yourself.

For those of us in a rush.

materials:

Knife?, Spoon?


Inridients:
  • Apple
  • Peanut Butter
Cut the appple into slices, put into a container, scoop plenty of peanut butter and put in also in the container, when ready just open, and dip apple into PB smile.gif
tastes awesome and makes for a perfect post workout meal.

Frozen Yogurt Blueberry Protein Shit

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops of choco whey protein
  • small bowl of full fat, plain yogurt, anywhere from 1/2 cup to 1 cup
  • couple handfuls of frozen blueberries

Mix everything together in a bowl and put into freezer for 10-15. Comes out textured like ice cream. its so fucking good
