go running, do situps. eat healthier. best things to do smile.gif just go down to the track and run 1-2 miles every day. try to do 100-200 situps every morning, and watch what you eat. I can guarantee you you'll see results.

doing situps and going for some runs is pretty straightforward.. And as far as eating healthier, he's only 15. He shouldn't be taking an suppliments or anything, just needs to eat some more fruits and veggies lol

true that. i would have told him to just do more cardio and worry about working out in a year or two. seems like he gets the ladies anyways!

to the OP, you're 15... I don't think you should go through any cutting phases yet.
Why do I say this? You've still got years to grow! Trust me man, weight you could ALWAYS lose, but you can't grow 5 inches whenever you want in height!
What you can do is clean up your diet though. Don't eat all the processed, sugary, and high in fat with little to no nutritional value type of foods.
Examples? Soda, sweets, cake, you know the deal. Eat lots of meat/poultry, both simple and complex carbs (fast/slow digesting), healthy fats (ie: from fish, eggs (yolk), nuts, avocados...), veggies + fruits, and space your meals throughout the day so that you eat smaller portions more frequently.

Get plenty of rest (sleep), and train hard in the gym and learn how to properly execute the movements. It wouldn't hurt to go for a jog a few times a week as well. Start off light and progressively increase the challenge as you get better.

You run. You diet.
Losing weight can be very simple, some people just make it complex.
