can't miss my morning breakfast unless doing two days fasted weekends mostly.


I’m the opposite

The thought of eating first thing in the morning (530am-10am) makes me feel sick.

I generally have a shake and 2 pouch yoghurts just to get something in my stomach though but can’t stand it

Same, usually up at 6 but can't eat until 9 - 9:30.

Yeah I’m up around 445am for a 6am work start

Any reason we are like this?

I also can’t imagine eating a hot bowl of oats of some eggs and meat at that time of the morning

I don't know, I consider myself to be pretty hydrated through the day, I live in what is classified as a desert so I still wake up just needing to suck down probably 1400ml at-least of water before I even consider eating. Maybe that dehydration feeling causes me to not want to eat.

heh, it was subjective, it has worked for me - i usually workout in the morning, use it as a pwo meal so high protein, balance of carbs and fats to get me through the day and start the recovery process, helps keep me focused during the day, also, i usually dont do well eating late, i find my food doesn't digest and end up completely irregular.
