Well the egg is just one source my friend, you can supplement that with plenty of other proteins, such as; oatmeal, yogurt, half a cup of almonds and so forth.
And truth be told man thats really a major part of it, sticking to a routine diet, of course you can switch it up between the days with your main meals and snacks. Go and watch how the old daily diet of Eddie hall who was the 2017 world's strongest man, or that of Hafthor Bjornsesn. Their diet is nearly the same thing day to day!
If you wanna hit me on discord brother, I'd be more than happy to help you devise a meal plan in accordance with your goals😁
Without supplementing your diet with a large protein shake at night, you're going to be force feeding to get your protein intake. Which is NOT comfortable nor is it a healthy long term strategy. Not only that, protein powder is the single most cost effective way to get your protein and economics matters especially today. Whey is a byproduct of the cheesemaking process thus it is cheap. Cheap and highly efficient, it's a win win all around.
Those strongmen force feed to get as massive as they do, and you can't ignore the fact that they take an entire laundry list of steroids and PEDs (which anyone who wishes to stay and remain healthy should NOT touch) to facilitate that massive intake of food into anabolism. And they also have protein shakes because they'd be fools not to.
