Still doing no carbs but I cheat a lot. Turns out I need to have thai noodles once a week. Still haven't eaten pizza, any breads, cookies or donuts or ice cream (except on my kids' birthday once...)
I stalled out around 25--I think I gotta start intermittent fasting or actually lifting regularly again if I want to keep losing weight. That's 40 pounds since June, but I been stuck here for over a month.
I recommend keto style diets to anyone. No carbs works!
April to October 290 to 250

I would suggest in trying harder to find before/after pics. Because while your progress sounds good, your pics don’t do it any justice and idk who is you either pic lol. Block the faces if you have anxiety about it but at least give us some decent body pics to give you praise for your progress

Yeah you're right I just noticed I didn't look like a fat lump riding the kid's tricycles. But the pic from earlier this year i had a huge gut
