Still doing no carbs but I cheat a lot. Turns out I need to have thai noodles once a week. Still haven't eaten pizza, any breads, cookies or donuts or ice cream (except on my kids' birthday once...)
I stalled out around 25--I think I gotta start intermittent fasting or actually lifting regularly again if I want to keep losing weight. That's 40 pounds since June, but I been stuck here for over a month.
I recommend keto style diets to anyone. No carbs works!
