I find the best remedy for sore muscles in another workout!

Strongly advise against retraining a muscle group that is very sore. You won't benefit from it.

You can choose lighter activities or train different muscles.

it kicked in hard today at work hyper tension right below my bicep. I didnt do anything today. I wanted too but I didnt.

My right arm is still sore... after 4 days... I don't get it.
I had sufficient sleep had shrimp and burrito and taco yesterday. I could not get into the fast for all day.. because I have insane hunger problems. So I am fasting during the morning for now and we will see what happens in the afternoon . My point here is I want to keep up with my routine. I have not been this sore from DOMS before usually I'm healed up by the 3rd day.

yeah so you're sore from pull day, do push day or leg day
