I forgot to mention they are front squats. My back and shoulders are fucked and I can't back squat or press overhead
All my percentages are the same (65 75 x5, 85x5+ followed by 5x10 60%)
Day 1 : bench (65x5 75x5 85x5+ 5x10 60%)
Jm press 5x10 2rir
5x 2rir pull-ups
Day 2 : Front Squat 65, 75, 85x5+ 5x10 60%
5x 10 2rir goblet
Day 3: same as Day 1
Day 4: Deadlift 65 75 85x5+ 5x10 60%
5x10 2rir pendley rows
Should I drop the goblets for a hammie exercise or are the deadlifts enough?
