Anyone else frequently use a sauna? I have an old commercial grade sauna in my garage, which was purchased at an auction for a closed pool club near me.

What temp do you normally get your sauna's to? I'm usually 160-180 degrees. It's a dry sauna, and I don't add water to spike humidity momentarily.

This heater was originally for a sauna 4x larger than the one in my garage. A lot of the wood was rotten from the pool club, so it was unable to be used. Give it a couple hours, this beast is cookin'!

A sauna is a must! I have one in my bathroom as well as an outdoor one. I use it for 5-10 minutes in the morning and 10-15 post workout, I can see a huge difference with my recovery when I use it regularly.

However, I can feel it dehydrating me throughout the day, I need to drink around 1-2 gallons a day to feel hydrated and train well.

If anyone is curious, please try using a sauna post workout or even just general well being, you’ll feel great!
