When I go for a PR, I always hit a scoop or a scoop and a half of LIT, but don't daily it as you'll become dependent on it!
I was a victim of this and it took over a year for me to get used to working out w/o it.

Thank you for your insight regarding pre-workout supplements . I've always cycled on rotation with pre-workout supplements . Take 1 day , cold turkey 2-3 days , take , 1 day , take , 3 , etc. I have had beyond raw lit before. Sour gummy worms flavor wasn't bad. I may just have to get more 🤩 it's good to know you taken care of yourself , exercise & limit your usage or pre/workout stimulants 😎
