I almost smashed my face one time doing skiull crushers . Bar slipped out of my grip 😳 I missed me face by less than A cm 😬 I rolled my back while doing bent over rows & paid the price of aching back pain during my rookie year 😵‍💫 I once did 10 miles on stair master & thread-mill while drunk AsF with my cousin & we both had A burning scrape from the belt lmfao🤣

Incline dropped a 100lb dB on my head almost. Grazed me and hit the ground. Just one ungrooved Rep is all it took. Full gym of course.

Just played it off and kept going.

Warming up with 315 on squats and didn’t have safety’s set.

Lost my position and fell backwards in the hole, barbell ended up buckling me. Was sore for a solid month.

I was doing farmer's walk with some old equipment that had been outside in winter/spring/fall for some time. Rust had set in.

Working my way up to 380lbs/hand when suddenly as I lift both implements, the handle for one of them breaks off as I was about to start walking. The weight fell on my heel and detached my achillis tendon. The other weight dragged me down so fast that I severely damaged my sciatic nerve.

The other worst thing that happened was doing really heavy weighted dips. Went for 1 more rep that I shouldnt have tried and didn't control my way down. Went too low (well past parallel) and got a partial tear in my pec.

Casual 380lbs / hand
You win

Smashed my brand new phone with 42kg dumbbells after it fell out of my pocket 😅

Otherwise a cable snapped when I was doing seated rows. I flung back and ate shit but nothing was hurt aside my ego

Didn't a fella come up and push your barbell weight one time? Almost sent you to snap city? I remember you made a furious post about it

Yea while squatting, a guy tried to push me off balance.

I ended up throwing a 10lbs plate at him and we had a bit of a scrap outside (him going to his car and fucking off cause he didn't want anything to do with me after the plate throw)

Yea looking back on when I was actively doing strongman, the weights were so ridiculous.

I'm so much weaker now, I feel like I'm made of wet toilet paper.

I can't imagine the pain and the damage done to your strong-man spirit .... Fuck , that is bad . 350 lbs did all kind of* ups to you on that particular day . Well , you have more time to play Diablo 2 R 😆 If that's what you wanted 😵‍💫

Ouch , Tears aren't any fun either . Yikes , the chest 😖 were you still able to continue training pecs or had to heal first ?

Not the electronics 📱 😳 The Ego Man . It'll heal in due time lol

I have A similar story . At start of Covid , I bought A rando amazon brand of resistance tube bands . Week 1 , while performing chest press the band snaps and barely misses my face .... I returned the garbage & demanded my money back. I ended buying bodylastics after that ordeal .

I had to do rehab for a few months and it took about a year in total to get back to where I was on the bench.

What's unfortunate is I was never able to push past 530 on bench because of this. I was making good progress before the injury, but mentally I was always scared to add weight after the injury.
