Do you have some sort of health ailment? You do you but I'd try to persuade you to just using an online aid if you really need one.

You go into commercial gyms and get assaulted by staff when signing up trying to sell you programs, atleast that's what I recall back in time, but half these people are university students who honestly don't know shit.

The key is to use your groin and back. Take your legs completely out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a twisting jerking motion.

Some of the worst exercises/form I’ve seen has been under the guise of a personal trainer

Undoubtedly. If you work out at a physio clinic its usually some fat kid telling the 90 year old its time to do some TRX workouts.

I do apologize but I forgot to ask what is your goal ? To lose weight , look better , feel better , get stronger , look leaner ? Build muscle or burn fat or both?

Typically around $100+ per hour . If you want nutrition meal plan , macros , A weight lifting routine , follow-ups , hands-on form & lifting training & virtual guidance off-session you're looking at easily $380 for first sensation and than $300+ from there on per session.

Coach Greg and many other experts offer online guidance & plans for x amount . I'm going to say $500+

You have to learn technique , safe lifting , form & most importantly nutrition .

I believe there are experts on d2jsp who also offer plans and routines for x Amount of fg.

My advice , be very careful and don't lift above your physical capabilities .

Warming up , Proper range of motion , control of weight or resistance & contracting muscle is key 🔑

Genetics play A big role in factoring if you're going to get injured or not . If you don't perform exercise properly you'll more than likely hurt yourself . Some injuries heal on their own from off time , some require physical therapy rehab for x weeks & some require surgery . Be very careful !
