I’m pretty low bf, even lower than my recent pics, I also don’t eat many carbs. I can’t get it up to save my life. Help

Leanness Causing Impotence could be possible, are you having any food cravings? Could be having cravings for lack of micro nutrients and/or because you have a calorie deficiency.

very unlikely. if you're genuinely worried, go get some bloodwork done to see if you have a hormonal imbalance/deficiency in macros

If you mean omega 3 , probably not a ton. My diet is like 90% beef pork kale carrots and sweet potato . Been adding in tuna and sardines thought so can’t imagine it’s that

Body needs fats for hormone production and general health etc so make sure you have enough. Hair, nails, skin etc usually go bad first, but in the long run More serious symptoms may and will come.

Usually something like 0,75-1g / kg of bodyweight is a decent amount of fats, preferally from healthy sources

Ah sorry, I cook everything in beef and bison tallow which is like 50%sat fat and 50% monounsaturated. Plus the fat in the meat. There's no way I'm not getting enough fat
