Body needs fats for hormone production and general health etc so make sure you have enough. Hair, nails, skin etc usually go bad first, but in the long run More serious symptoms may and will come.
Usually something like 0,75-1g / kg of bodyweight is a decent amount of fats, preferally from healthy sources
