Refresh my memory on the only valid ones...
IIRC some of them were:
-Multi
-Fish oil
-Creatine
-Magnesium (more for runner)
Were there more?

Its interesting...I watched an episode (S2E2) of "A users guide to cheating death" on Netflix and they basically go on about saying how all supplements are nothing more than a waste of money and time and are more likely to/will harm you.
I have no objections in adopting this. More money in my pockets at the end of the day anyway.
