Did some lifting years back when I was younger so I'm not a complete stranger.
Since done 4 years Muay Thai, about 8 months MMA and dislocated my knee in October last year.

Not done anything since, I work in quite an active place so I've not then sat at an office desk for almost a year but I've done no serious exercise or lifting consistently.

I'm 24, 6'1 and 210lbs.
ISO gains and just need to do something, my old Muay Thai gym closed down and the MMA gym just doesn't come close.

Should ask your physio/doctor what your lift clearances are first and foremost.

Did you get any injuries in your dislocated knee? Broken bones or torn ligaments?

No it went back in whilst I was on the floor, xrayed and said all looks good just all swollen/twisted ligaments etc.

Get random shooting pains in my knee/hip etc sometimes but it's fully mobile. I doubt I'll be doing any ATG squats with significant weight 'cause it's uncomfortable when my knee's bent that much anyway.

Will get some at some point, going to go and see what deals the local gyms have tomorrow. Want a decent one with a spa inside to chill, haha.

Will you be squatting in black slip on shoes covered in spikes?

Did the doctor perform clinical exams on the knee? Any mentions from him on the status of the ligaments or menisci? Any other symptoms in your knee?
