Well guys, wanted to share this my progress of one year of activity and cut calories intake.
For first year (May 2017-July 2018) I cut my calories intake down to 1700-1800kcal/day and started running plan. Simplified - 4 runs per week, one interval, one long run, two short/recovery runs in slow pace. Well at that time it was more like walking than running lol. But it improved with time and progress. I went down from 113kgs to 79kgs. My pace went up, my vo2max skyrocketed from 28 to 48. At the beginning I was able to hardly run 5K in 45 minutes. Now I can run 10K in about 50something

After that I stopped running and since July I do calinestics to build up muscle mass and strength, I run 1-2x per week max just to maintain achieved level of fitness. Can do pistol squat, chinups, pullups, any variation of basic pushups (diamond, wide, incline, pike, incline pike) in series. All this was unthinkable just one year ago. Aiming to muscle up next. Hopefully I do it within 6 months.
I think I have learned a lot on how body operates, so if you have any question, feel free to ask me and I try to help you with answer or at least with words of courage

Guys, if you want to start your transformation, it is never late. And if you start slowly today, in one year you will be happy you started
And ... I am 45 years old, started my transformation in my 44yo. As I say, never is too late
