What is your meal plan for cutting?
Anybody got any ideas?
I had a few, worked decently. I would like to find another to cut faster.
Took me 3 weeks to lose 9 lbs.

Does anybody have anything specific to their meal plan?
I placed myself on a diet not really hindering much.
Depending on the day and what I was doing during it. 1400-2200 Cal's intake.
Looking for good yet inexpensive meal plans.

3 protein shakes a day.

16 oz of milk. 3 scoops of protein per shake. A scoop or two of fiber powder.

900 cals for milk. 900 cals for protein. 228 grams of protein.

Throw in a multivitamin and fish oil.

You're welcome fam.

If I’m just trying to drop weight, 500-750 cal deficit. If I’m trying to optimize fat loss and no loss of strength, 250 cal deficit.

I’d just do what you’re doing now but cut your calories down.

All you eat in a day is purely shakes? How is that a diet?

You nearly always lose some muscle. The faster you drop weight the more muscle you might lose.

Stop eating

Save alot of money and lose alot of fat

If youre trying to maintain a low cal for long periods...
I usually fast until 8pm (wake up at 7am) and eat from 8pm to 11pm or so.

Usually just like a chipotle chicken bowl with no cheese, cream.
About 1400cal

250g chicken
Beans
Greek yogurt

Just track it and see it doesnt go over 1500cal and about 2g per lb for me

I do this revolutionary thing where I eat below maintenance TDEE without starving myself for 21 hours a day.

You better be king of the manlets if you're eating 1400 calories lmao.
