You'd lose weight yes, but you'd lose a significant portion of whatever muscle mass you have as well. But if the end goal is just drop lbs at whatever cost, yes it'd work.
I have alot of muscle mass, Flatbench 315 , Military press 245 for reps , preacher curled 170 3x the other day etc. I mean, I could lose a little mass and not really worry to much about it. But is it going to be a DRASTIC decrease?
