Im always tired after i eat. sometimes i just fall asleep sitting in a chair afterwards. any advice on why this is happening and what i can do to fix it? tia

Try eating smaller meals but increase your frequency. If I eat a large carb dense meal after working all day it will likely cause me to feel drowsy but If i have a snack then gym then my supper i'm fine the entire evening.

It could also just be what you're eating.

Nice, babies fall asleep after nibbling on breasts too.

Don't know what to say personally, do something active after eating a meal. Take a walk, go to the gym, masturbate ferociously, put on some loud music, drink a coffee / energy drink.

sometimes even when it is smaller less carby meals it still does it.

I think I need something to give me energy all day without it being illegal or unhealthy

What are you eating? Save carbs like bread, pasta , rice for the evening. Have fruit as your carb source earlier in the day

It's due to your blood sugar spiking and then dropping. Change your eating to avoid that and you're good.
