Really enjoy it, but have been away from it for close to 6 months because of shoulder injury + surgery.

Jumping back in the water within a couple of days, hope I'm able to go easy :bouncy:

And that's a great deal for 6 months

Great for cardio and breathing exercises.

Swimming helped me a lot with my childhood asthma.

I swam all the time when I was cutting super hard

I liked to do some freestyle sprints holding my breath as long as I can, then just a lap of catching my breath and repeat

HIIT is the best dawg

$45 for 6 months is so damn cheap! :o I'm incredibly jealous. I haven't been able to find a good spot to start swimming again. They are all so expensive. I'm also not a fan of indoor pools, because the chlorine fumes can be overwhelming, but at that price I'd probably take it. :P I swam competitively for over 12 years. It's definitely great cardio. I haven't been able to get back into that level of fitness since I stopped. I want to get back into it though so I can try to do some shorter triathlons. I eventually want to work up to an iron man if possible.

Swimming is a great form of cardio that puts little to no stress on the joints.
