Start of cut stats:
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 182 lbs
BF%: ??

Current Stats:
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 163 lbs
BF%: 11.2% (just got it tested at the end of week 11)

Down 19 lbs in 12 weeks, down to 11.2% body fat, almost to the single digits.
Have maintained strength in all my lifts for the most part, of course some have went down a little bit, but that is to be expected when you lose 10% of your body weight.

4 weeks left of the cut, hope to achieve 8-9% body fat while maintaining strength.

I wanted to see what its like to prep for a show. Not gonna do a show right now, just because I feel I am a little too small to do a show at the moment.

Gonna go through the cut/prep process to get show ready just to get the experience then gonna work on putting on lean mass for a year or so and maybe do a show after putting on some more size.

Current Stats (mind you I have lost 19 lbs, so lifts could be better)
Age: 22
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 163 lbs
Bench: 275 lbs x 2
Squat: 385 lbs x 2
Deadlift: 425 lbs x 2

lol yeah, im short and stalky that's for sure.
I have a wrestler body type and well I wrestled.

Down 19 lbs and down to 11.2% body fat and still only have abs if the lighting is right ya know? haha

I feel I have lost so much strength and size during this cut, not worth.

It happens. I'm pretty use to the decrease doing this the second time around. Just enjoy the process and learn to like certain things that go along with leaning out
