So I stop'd training in december because of life issues.. and since then took 10-15 lbs.

How to lose that shit fast?

if you can't exercise,
diet.

and if you can't diet.
eat significantly less from what you usually eat.

but exercise is by far the easiest way to lose it if you can again.

cardio is fine
will make a big difference.

weight loss is basically calories in - don't exceed calories out.

so a good incline treadmill walk for 30-45 minutes or a jog or whatever have you.
will benefit you in weightloss

fasted HIIT cardio in the morning and eat in a 500cal deficit, including or excluding calories burned from cardio depending on how much fat you want to lose and how fast. Also how shitty you want to feel. Bigger deficit will make you feel not as great in contrast to lower deficit. All about in vs out as tear said. Ephedrine can also be used to aid in fat loss/appetite suppression
