never video'd them up, but most likely i will in the future.
i do some OH movements for sports performance. i'm a fast-twitch athlete but i've always gone relatively light on OH movements. partly that's because a couple of my ribs tend to displace/dislocate, especially in OH press, and in the worse cases, it's a painful ordeal which can last several days. i'm not a fan of agonizing on the couch. there was a time when i went heavier on OH lifts.
