I saved up enough cash to go to the doctor.. I just work in the trades so if I have surgery I'm going to be out for awhile. So I want to save up even more, but in the meantime looking for work outs I can do

by far one of the biggest hurdles I've come across in my life time as I was lifting for 4 years prior to this so stopping cold turkey sent me into a depressed state for quite some time. Not fun at all man. Lifting is life
