Something solid to follow and do 6x a week P/P/L/P/P/L
My main goals TBH are #1 to look good because I prefer that over strength, but next is to get my squat up. My legs / traps / triceps are my weakest points in terms of size.
So any advice and pointers on how to maybe focus the push days towards triceps a little more. I figure legs twice a week will help me a little better overall.
