I got a one year subscription to any magazine as a Christmas gift, and I've narrowed it down to these two.

I've glanced through both before, and they both seem to offer a lot of fitness and nutrition advice.
I haven't read enough of either to know which would be better for fitness tips, and overall the better read.

Just buy supplements man, you'll never see any decent progress without them.

aren't those magazines full of gimmicky bullshit and useless ads anyways?

They're practically the male equivalent of cosmo lol

Got a free subscription for Men's Health and flip through it once in a while to find some useful enthralling information from time to time.

Google is better for searching things don't get me wrong, but one of the benefits of reading a health magazine is that often things pop out at you that you wouldn't have searched for or even thought about on the internet - and they can benefit you.
