Pretty well all olympic oval cyclists have massive legs, same with speed skaters. A lot of it is the cycling, but I'm guessing they also do some heavy leg work in the gym too

ive seen one in my gym, did alot of leg press and lunges. dunno bout the rest but most of the time he was doing these 2 exercises.
