well i don't post here often but each time i check the sub i see your topics on what workout, what to eat, how to workout, when to eat, what supplements, when to shit, pretty much everything.
Everybody's been telling you, you overthink all these aspects and constantly mix shit up, just keep lifting and push yourself, eat good and sleep well. Fitness is free and it's friggin easy, you make it hard for yourself.
