As many as you want within reason. If you want to eat 6 or 10 eggs a day it probably won't hurt you. Make sure you don't have some sort of hereditary poor fat metabolism and you stay active. You will be fine

Eggs have cholesterol. Cholesterol is the only cause of atherosclerosis. Enjoy heart disease.

I buy 500g cartons of egg whites from costco

i eat 250g ( 1 cup) with 3 eggs each day

I wouldn't worry about cholesterol if you stay active and do cardio, but if you plan on eating a couple dozen then yeah thats a problem.

Why would you want to eat more than 5-6 eggs anyways? mix your fats and protein with other foods

The vast majority (70%) of the cholesterol in your body is produced in the liver and only 30 percent or less is obtained via the diet. Cholesterol absorption in the gut isn't even complete, most of egg cholesterol is esterified which results in very poor absorption in the gut. Also, when you consume cholesterol the liver compensates by reducing the amount it produces so consumption of cholesterol often doesn't do much to influence blood cholesterol concentrations.
