Today I walked into a pharmacy and checked their vitamin section and saw they sold protein powder and one of them was "Hemp Protein". Anyone with experience with Vegan protein and New Zealand protein can tell me which one gave the best results in terms of getting more energy and feeling better, as well as thoughts about hemp protein.

I had a friend who used hemp protein all the time. He refused to buy whey protein, or drink milk... he wasn't a vegetarian, he wasn't lactose intolerant, he was just crazy. He also hasn't made any gains.

Hemp protein is just bit slower acting than whey, has different amino acid balance etc.

Whey has been proven to be one of the fastest acting full protein chains, has most of the required aminos and in a good balance for humans. This has been known for a long time so it's also the most common, produced in largest batches and therefor the cheapest.

If you want to go vegan/are intolerant, get hemp/rice/pea w/e you want, otherwise it's mostly more expensive variant of whey.

The different types will have absolutely no effect on gains or any other bullshit that's being sold to you.

It's time in the gym and eating enough calories.

If you think the type of protein powder has any impact on your gains than you're completely deliousinal You must be the fool who reads men's magazine and figures he needs to just take 5 different supplements.

actually it does your system doesnt digest the different proteins the same of course you will have to train sleep and rest properly to see proper gains but protein powder helps.

Take purely casein powder every day. See what happens.

Or better yet. Go for soy protein powder. See what happens.

Or maybe go try some amino spiked protein powder.

Incoming after-the-facto stipulation that extends this beta argument, just like every internet argument goes.
