They're around my sternum area, going up in between my pecs. Started getting them about 5 months ago when I moved to Australia. It's kind of like dry-ish skin. If I scratch it, it flakes off. Sometimes it kind of goes away and you can barely see the spots, but sometimes it turns really red, not sure what causes the redness though.

How do I get rid of it?

Yep. Looks like scurvy from malnutrition. Quite common for the early settlers who came across to Australia

Either that or spider aids

There's no doctor in this town, only a hospital and a sort of chemist idk if the guy that works there is a doctor though

Those are hives, you are allergic to something, wearing a nickel necklace or change your laundry detergent recently? Anyway take an antihistamine like otc fexofenadine

Maybe something I'm eating?

E/ I did change my laundry detergent actually. I'll go ask the chemist about all these things after work today

It's only in Australia that you would ever need a local chemist instead of a doctor.

Buy some telfast antihistamine - cheap allergy pills

At a chemist there will be a pharmacist that should be able to tell you exactly
