So much work. This is the start of my third day. Average intake is 4700 calories, macros are something like 586g carbs / 162g protein / 205g fat.

The fat is a little high I know, but cutting is easier than gaining for me so I'll worry about that later.

May use more calories than you throughout the day because of work or what have you. I have friends who can't go a day without doing cardio, so they have to eat a lot more.

I work everyday and workout at least 4 times a week. And yes I'm 400 pounds.

If I don't take in a lot of calories I won't gain any weight. Even at 3000 I gain about a pound a month. Way too slow.
