So I'm doing a ppl routine . 6 days a week.

My question is should I have a few different push days, pull days, leg days... or should i keep working on the same routine, with the same rep ranges that is recommends.

Bulking , monday push thuesday pull wednesday legs 1 day off , repeat, gains are raining for me

How often are you upping the weight, and is it the same routine every Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday etc?

really depends on your proportions and relative weaknesses should they merit different days per MG

e: if your quads/hams are disproportionate, focus on the weaker one at 75% of both workouts, i.e full ham dedicated workout + split in the middle ham+quad workout for a weaker ham proportion
