Starting working out again... I used to work out on a fairly strict routine. I fell off for a while once I started a new job. I'm going to start this workout routine linked below... It seems like a good place to start. My main goal is to lose weight. Currently 6'0, 185lbs, and probably around 20% bf. What would be a realistic 4 month fat loss amount for me to aim for? Going on a vacation so I want to prepare! lol

can easily get down to 10% bodyfat if all you eat is brown rice, potatoes and vegetables for a month. With no condiments but table salt.
Still tons of protein :)

If you workout 6 days a week for 2 hours.

It's realistic it's just not logical lmao, if you're not trying to get on a stage, most people don't have self discipline to dodge crappy cheat meals, and that's okay

Not looking for anything that extreme... I think like 5%bf loss would be ideal?

I maintain a 12% bf for the vast majority of the year. When its summer time, I usually drop down to 10-11, i.e. veins going up the abs etc. It's just not fun or practical to maintain all the time

e: although with that being said, I want to try and do a bb/physique contest just to see how hard I can push myself. Just need a coach :(
