Some days I work 16 hours and don't have a chance to go home and make food, or some days I wake up at 3pm hungover out of my fuking mind and work for 8 then sleep. On those days I always miss my calories (3,850)

So I want to have atleast 5 Tupperware containers in my cupboard loaded with 4kkcals of non-perishable food that doesn't spoil, and I can eat while I work (not a fuking pasta u fags)

Throw me some suggestions
So far I have nuts/protein bars/chips

I'm also allergic to wheat and lactose so my food choice is very limited. And I can't have too much sugar, like under 80g a day and that's pushing it

dry oatmeal
dry peanuts inside it
maybe raisins if u like
add a scoop of protein powder inside

then just add water and heat it up in microwave. or rough it and dont heat it. still edible

Ooo in my basic training I ate like 5-10 of those oatmeal packs u have as kids. U can poured straight into your mouth that's a nb idea lowish cals tho

thats why i said add peanuts and protein powder for added calories

can also get jar of pnut butter, and plastic spoons. eat a few spoonfuls.

when in doubt eat pnut butter lol. high fat, bit of protein, and get the natural pnut butter

too much oatmeal and u may shit urself. can be quite a bit of fiber if u eat 10 packs.... wtf lol

also i wasnt talking about the oatmeal packs. those taste like shit in my opinion. i like the non flavored oatmeal and i add a bit of brown sugar myself.

lookup mccann's irish oatmeal. steel cut type is good too. whatever though

Steel cut has wheat in it, I don't really have time to make oats, I work behind a bar so just snacks, and soon I'm driving up the Gold Coast for about a month, won't be able to have hot water etc for long bits of it. My basic was fucked, I didn't take a single shit on it, from Friday night to Sunday night no poop for 13 weekends, then as soon as I got home I'd go 3 times within an hour.

Noo LOL I only went on weekends. So just 3 days at a time. But all 13 weekends I never pooped once.
