Ab wheel, rope and anchor, pullup bar came in today

also already have a maximum resistance band, jump rope

gym memberships too expensive where im living now so i have invest in my own shit.

Anyways, my gf and i are going to workout tonight. Shes weak as fuck (cant do a single pull up or push up) and lacks stamina. You guys got any ideas what i can have her do? Ive never been this weak so i dont know what a good plan for her would be. Last week, the first time we worked out together, i had her follow me on an intense cardio session and she almost started crying and the next day she could barely walk. Should i "girl" down the sessions for her? Or keep having her push herself to keep up with me?

Definitely make them easier or she's going to start hating it really soon.

Do the modified pullups and pushups. Lesser intensity. Etc.

Leave her and find a girl that can lift and take her shirt off with u at edm festivals, and peak together.

probably something to do with the hormones and other physical modifiers that "she" has to use to be a "female".

ya bc skipping rope, jumping jacks, running long distance is going to build a mtf trans person like a male bodybuilder...................

the goal she has in mind is to lose belly fat so thats what im helping her with. Im straightening out her diet as well

and next time try harder to be a dick. The way you put "she" in quotes makes you look like an unimaginative whore who cant come up with something original/entertaining to read. Your kind comes a dime a dozen and its boring as hell

Dude get a kettle bell or two and some battle ropes lol.

Like a 45-55 lb kettle bell though cause u can do so many workouts at home with that.

nvm on the battle ropes i didnt want to go back up and backspace all that.

That kettle bell though...such an easy way to be lazy and workout when you're lazy. you can even leave it in your car and bust out full body workouts anywhere u go/ like a walmart parking space.

It's so key.

i have my own gym too in my garage.

it's so much better.

I mean sometimes i just dont want to get dressed, get into my car, look good, and then get to the gym just to realize that i forgot my water....

like come the fuck on.


I rather wake up, jerk off, work out in my tiny ass briefs and just walk around almost naked when i work out. The sweat cools off and i can just smoke weed or flex in the mirror without worrying about ppl seeing me staring at myself
