What? I don't get it.
I wake up (usually after less than 8 hours sleep and feel tired as fuck) which means I enjoy an energy drink to wake my self up in the morning and get going. I'm not hungry at all when I wake up, I've even tired eating earlier than 12 and I just can't get food down that "early" anymore

and I don't nibble... 400 grams is an entire carton / can / bowl full of cottage cheese...
