Hey guys, I think I'm finally on the right track when it comes to cutting! Found a diet that I can easily maintain (going strong for like 3 weeks now) and actually enjoy life, I've cut a few pounds so has been working well for me.

I guess I'm following an IF diet of sorts, didn't really do it on purpose but I just started "delaying" my breakfast until lunch time, and eating dinner so late and so volumous that I can go to bed many hours of the last meal and not be hungry. I eat within an 8 hour window

* Wake up 9am : might consume an energy drink for dat caffeine

* Breakfast 1pm:
- 400g cottage cheese
- 100g organic peanut butter
- cinnamon

* Lunch: 4pm:
- 6 boiled eggs
- 8 whole grain crackers

* Workout @ 6-8pm, consume PWO

* Dinner 9pm :
- 300g lean beef
- 600g potato/veggie mix

* bed time 1am : ZMA, multivitamins

overall :

~ 3000kcal
~ 245g protein
~ 220g carbs
~ 100g fat

I don't really measure, mostly eye measurements.

Getting pretty sick of the peanut butter / cottage cheese mix though... I much prefer strawberry jam, but dem sugars man. What do you guys put in your cottage cheese to make it taste nice?

And cheat meals... My TDEE is about ~ 3600kcal so I'm running a deficit of about 600 per day, but I love my cheat meals / cheat days. Do you think its a good choice to have one cheat day a week? Gotta surprise the body, right babe?

What? I don't get it.

I wake up (usually after less than 8 hours sleep and feel tired as fuck) which means I enjoy an energy drink to wake my self up in the morning and get going. I'm not hungry at all when I wake up, I've even tired eating earlier than 12 and I just can't get food down that "early" anymore :p

and I don't nibble... 400 grams is an entire carton / can / bowl full of cottage cheese...

You know this shit here

and then I add about 1/3 of a peanut butter jar or 100 grams into it and mix it with cinnamon. delicious.

What's so funny about that?

I used to hate it too, but have you tried it with strawberry jam? I honestly think it tastes good enough to be a dessert I'd pay for.

55g grams of protein, 8g of carbs and 8 grams of fats.... 300kcal. (400g)

Jam isn't really that healthy though... the one I buy has 45g of sugars and 186kcal per 100g.

peanut butter & cinnamon fits my macros much better but doesn't taste as nice.

Your diet sucks, your sleep schedule sucks, and you're in no way intermittent fasting by delaying breakfast 4 hours. Overall 5/10 diet solely bc not eating purely fast food and trash.

It would help to know how much is your weight/height and how active you are in your life in general.

But 400g cottage cheese and 100g peanut butter just seems wrong.
First of all I would eat cottage cheese before bed because if the type of protein that is inside if it will get you thro the night. Second of all i would start to eat breakfast as soon as you wake up and for gods shake drop the energy drink..

I cannot eat anything else in the morning just a turmix of the following: 100g Oats, A cup of natural yoghurt ( this is not optimal tho) A banana, Almonds, a scoop of protein power and Maybe a spoon of peanut butter. This will get me till 12:00 depends when I wake up.

Also 300g lean beef and 600 (???) g of potatoes?
