I will be going 6 days a week starting on june 6th since i'll be done with uni, but i'm wondering now what should the week should look like:

M: Legs
T: Chest/Back
W: Shoulders/Arms
T: Legs
F: Break
S: Chest/back
S: Shoulders/Arms

Repeat

for now, thats what I have, but maybe someone have a better idea on how to split the week
And yes i'll be going 6 days a week to keep myself moving and to deload the stress I accumulate from my job and from uni that I accumulated.

Thanks for any inputs u guys may have.

Any suggestions of proven programs that do 5-6 days a week?

switch to shoulders and chest same day
and back/arms same day

Bullshit, f.e. phul upper can be done in about 60-80minutes. It might be low volume but its not that nad for a programme

My own program worked well.. but it was based off my 5/5/5/3/2/1 highschool football program, rep scheme completely different, though. I just did what felt right.
