Look for a step deformity in the mirror (google) with your shirt off to visualize ac joint. Details about how you landed would help. Did you internally or externally rotate on landing? Was your shoulder extended or abducted? Did you hear a pop or feel a snap? Do you have restricted range of motion? Go through all of your shoulder planes, so try flexing, extending, abducting, internal and external rotation. Try producing torque during each of these motions (have somebody resist your movement) and see what produces pain or what doesnt
Only thing noticeable was slight swelling. I basically dove face first and twisted in air to land on my shoulder so I guess it would have had to rotate internally. Shoulder was abducted. Didn't hear a pop or snap, but it has popped a few times since. Once I swung at a fly suddenly and it popped real bad with a lot of pain. As far as restricted range of motion. I can do arm circles but barely. Great pain especially doing backwards ones. And on the eccentric front raise during forward arm circles. Also when I do like a tricep stretch, (put elbow up and pull back on it with other arm) it causes a lot of pain. Yeah but I think chest flyes and actual benching are the most painful (I don't do those of course lol)
Pain testing: pulling apart on my hands hurts but not too bad. Pressing is painful. Pulling is ok. What hurt real bad is doing the opposite of a lateral raise but rather going the other way as if doing an arm across (chest stretch). Obviously laying on it is painful still

Making sure your body isn't broken doesn't make you as a puss. :/
Yeah but hearing parents bicker about medical bills is never fun. What a wonderful private insurance healthcare industry the us has
