So I'll be honest
I fapped earlier and got the worst headache in the world I litterally thought I was going to die because of how painful it was.. it came out of no where and I basically never get headaches .. I couldn't move my head or body due to the pain so I took a Advil and laid down .. basically an hour or 2 later the pain slowly and painfully went away untill I fell sleep and just woke up now moments ago while I'm now writing this .. I feel a lot better and can actually move without irritation but still kinda feel weird in my head .. Anyone know much about this or what's going on with me lol I know there's migraines but I think this topped a migraine

Are you in canada or the states? How old? You should seriously consider seeing a physician. Could be a migraine however aneurysm pain is often described as the worst headache you've ever had. You haven't had any neurological symptoms like balance loss, slurring, vision problems, have you? I would make an appointment regardless with your PCP just to be safe but if you're young this is likely not what happened. You just don't want to fuck around with neurovascular stuff
